Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026. This policy explains what SkyBridge Creations, a web design and local SEO company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, collects when you use skybridgecreations.com, send us a form or call us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Forms. When you ask for a quote or a free design mockup, you give us your name, phone number and email, and you may add your business name, the service you need and a message.
- Calls and texts. Calls and texts to (980) 890-5895 are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can reply to you.
- Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to record which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, the device used, and clicks on our phone, email and form buttons. It does not give us your name.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote or mockup, do the work you hire us for, and keep ordinary business records. We use analytics to see which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run the site and our business: the hosting platform that serves this site and stores form messages, Google Analytics, our email provider and our phone provider. Each handles the data to provide its service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and to keep business and tax records, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, call (980) 890-5895, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern, or use the contact page.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
