HVAC website design
For the call that comes when the AC quits in July
Nobody browses heating and cooling websites. They land on yours because the house is hot, the furnace won't light, or a quote from another company felt high. HVAC website design, done our way, starts with that moment. $399 designs and launches up to five pages built around the call, and you see a free mockup of your homepage before any invoice.
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Our AI receptionist answers, takes your details, and the team calls you back.

The search that matters
A homeowner in Concord with a dead compressor types "ac repair near me", opens two or three results. The site that gets the call says, before any scrolling, that you can come today, you cover their town, and here is the number. Everything else on the site exists for the slower visitor, the one pricing a replacement in March. More on what the good ones share in best HVAC websites.
What goes on the first screen
The number and a request-service form
The phone number dials when tapped. Under it, a short form for people who can't call from work.
Emergency or same-day, said plainly
If you take after-hours calls, the first screen says so in words, with the hours.
Your rating and your license
Google rating beside the call button. License number where a careful homeowner can find it.
Repair and replacement are two different customers
The repair customer wants a truck. The replacement customer wants options, the brands you install and roughly what a system runs, and reads on a couch over several evenings. The homepage gives each one a path of their own, so the person with no heat never has to scroll past a page about SEER ratings.
A page for each service
AC repair, furnace repair, heat pump installation, ductwork, indoor air quality, maintenance. Each gets a page that explains the job in plain words and names the towns you do it in. That is how "heat pump installation Huntersville" finds a page about heat pumps instead of your homepage.
Maintenance plans get their own page
Tune-up agreements keep techs busy in the shoulder seasons. If you sell one, it gets a page with what's included, what it costs and a sign-up form. Buried in a footer, it sells nothing.
The site changes when the weather does
The first cold snap. A heat wave. A fall tune-up special. Content updates you send are part of every monthly plan, so the homepage can push same-day AC repair in July and switch to furnace tune-ups in October.
Showing up in the map pack
For "ac repair near me", the map results usually sit above any website. Google says those results come down to relevance, distance and prominence (Google Business Profile Help). Distance you can't change. The other two come from categories, service area, hours, photos, posts and reviews. Your profile is kept current on Care and optimized on Grow and Lead. More in local SEO for contractors and on our local SEO page.
HVAC sites we've built
Our published case studies are hardscape, concrete, fencing, painting and tour businesses. No HVAC company among them yet. Until then, the contractor website design page shows the same rules on live sites.

How much does HVAC website design cost?
With us, $399 to design and launch five pages, then a monthly plan from $199. Compare what's included each month, which is where most of the money goes.
What pages should an HVAC website have?
A homepage, one page per main service (AC repair, heating repair, installation, maintenance), an about page with your license, and a contact page. Then a page for each town that sends you the most calls.
Can you add online booking to my HVAC website?
Every site gets a request-service form that lands in your inbox and a number that dials when tapped.
How do I show emergency service on my website?
In words, on the first screen, with the hours you mean by it. "24/7" that goes to voicemail at 9 pm costs you reviews.
Do you write the HVAC content?
Yes. We'll ask about your services, the brands you install and the towns you cover, then write it. You approve every page before it goes live.
