Electrician website design

For the homeowner who looks up your license before they call

Hiring an electrician makes people nervous in a way hiring a painter doesn't. They want proof before they dial: a license number, reviews, photos of clean work. Electrician website design, the way we do it, puts those three where people look. $399 designs and launches up to five pages, and you see a free mockup of your homepage before any invoice.

Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Our AI receptionist answers, takes your details, and the team calls you back.

What a homeowner checks before calling

Somebody in Matthews with a breaker that keeps tripping. A couple in Ballantyne pricing an EV charger. Both want the same five things: are you licensed, do you do this particular job, do you come to their area, what do other people say about you, and how do they reach you right now. All five on the first screen or two. A site that makes them dig for any one of them loses the call to the next result.

Trust first

01

License number where people look

Footer of every page, the about page, and beside the quote form. Homeowners do look it up, and the ones who look are the ones who pay on time.

02

Reviews near the call button

Your rating beside the number. One or two recent reviews beside the form. The rest in a reviews section people can scroll if they want to.

03

Photos of clean work

A tidy panel, labelled breakers, straight conduit, shot on your phone when you finish. Send them as you go and we add them. Anything on the site that isn't your work gets labelled as an illustration.

A page per service

Panel upgrades, EV chargers, whole-home generators, lighting, rewiring, troubleshooting, commercial. Each page explains the job in plain words, says what it usually involves and names the towns you do it in. That is what lets "generator installation Matthews" find a page about generators instead of a homepage list.

Residential and commercial, kept apart

A property manager wants response times, proof of insurance and one contact for recurring work. A homeowner wants a price range and a date. If you do both, each gets its own path from the homepage so neither has to wade through the other's page.

The map pack

"Electrician near me" shows the map results first. Google ranks them on relevance, distance and prominence (Google Business Profile Help). Distance you can't change. The rest is the profile: categories, service area, hours, photos, posts and reviews. Yours is kept current on Care and optimized on Grow and Lead. Your name, phone and address also need to match across every listing, which matters more than most people expect. The reasons are in local citations, and the service is on our local SEO page.

Electrician sites we've built

Our published case studies are hardscape, concrete, fencing, painting and tour businesses. No electrician among them yet. The contractor website design page shows the same rules on live sites, with the full set in the portfolio.

Michael Klakulak and the SkyBridge team, in Charlotte.

  • Do I need a separate page for each electrical service?

For the ones that bring in the work, yes. A page about EV charger installs is far more likely to show up for that search than a homepage that lists it among twelve other things.

  • Where should my electrical license go on my website?

Footer of every page, the about page and next to the quote form. Put the number itself, not just the word "licensed".

  • Should an electrician website list prices?

A service-call fee or a starting price for common jobs helps a homeowner decide to call. If every job is different, say so, and say how you quote.

  • Can you show residential and commercial work separately?

Yes. Each gets its own path from the homepage, and often its own page, because the two customers ask different questions.

  • How much does electrician website design cost?

With us, $399 to design and launch five pages, then a monthly plan from $199. You see the free mockup of your homepage before the first invoice, so nothing is paid on a promise.
